How The University of Indianapolis turned its dining hall into a campus destination

When University of Indianapolis’ Ober Dining Hall was due for an upgrade earlier this year, Quest Food Management Services made sure students’ voices were heard during the design planning. The team was able to transform the space into a eatery that provides students with a wide-range of menu options and serves as the go-to spot on campus to connect with others. 

Quest bringing fresh produce to the lunchroom

Quest is partnering with Sola Gratia Farm, a non-profit urban farm, to introduce fresh produce for students to sample throughout Urbana public school district #116 in Illinois. Quest is providing two monthly sampling opportunities where students can try a variety of fresh, colorful produce in fun and flavorful ways.

The Montgomery Ward Building to House New Daytime Dining & Bar Venue

Opening in January 2020 and managed by Quest Food Management Services, Chicago's historic riverside Montgomery Ward catalogue building will be curated into a culinary destination called The Farehouse Market.
