St. Ignatius College Prep

For more than a decade, Quest Food Management Services has partnered with St. Ignatius College Prep to create a dining program that reflects a commitment to hospitality and student engagement. Built on a foundation of trust and responsiveness, the partnership has grown alongside the needs of the school while maintaining a strong focus on quality and service.

A Program Shaped by Community

One of the defining strengths of the dining program is the active involvement of students and faculty, with their feedback helping shape menus, special events, and meaningful experiences throughout the year.

This year’s celebration of Black History Month saw students in BOSS (Black Organization of Successful Students) working with the Quest culinary team to create featured dishes like oxtail stew and shrimp and grits, paired with written materials highlighting the cultural significance and history behind each meal.

These partnerships transform dining into an extension of the educational experience while ensuring the program reflects the interests and culture of the school community.

Fresh and Engaging Dining

Student participation continues to be driven by innovation and variety. The culinary team, with decades of restaurant experience, regularly introduces new menu items, rotating specials, seasonal offerings, and dishes that consistently exceed expectations in a school setting.

Expanding Hospitality and Catering Services

In addition to daily dining, Quest has helped grow a thriving catering program that serves the broader St. Ignatius community.

Since 2023, catering sales have increased by approximately 20%. This success is driven by a commitment to exceptional service, relationship-building, and dependable execution across events of all sizes. From simple coffee services and faculty meetings to elegant plated dinners and large-scale events for hundreds of guests, the catering team provides a seamless experience that has generated strong repeat business and referrals throughout the community.

Catering continues to serve as an important extension of the school’s hospitality efforts, supporting students, faculty, alumni, donors, and guests through memorable dining experiences.
