Quest recently partnered with City of Hospitality Group to conduct a comprehensive Partnership Health Scan across the districts and organizations we serve. This independent assessment helps us better understand how we are living our values, aligning with client expectations, and identifying meaningful opportunities to strengthen each dining partnership.
The Partnership Health Scan is designed to provide clarity around priorities, dining program aspirations, communication effectiveness, and areas for continuous improvement. By listening closely to our partners, we are able to take informed action that strengthens relationships, elevates the dining experience, and ultimately encourages greater participation from students and guests.
The results of the Partnership Scan were encouraging and affirm the strength of our partnerships:
- 95% of clients say they are likely or highly likely to recommend Quest to others
- 90% of clients say they are confident the partnership will remain strong three years from now
- 88% of clients say Quest makes a high or very high positive impact on their organization
- 95% of clients say they are satisfied or very satisfied with the partnership

These results reflect more than satisfaction. They demonstrate trusted partnerships built on communication, shared goals, accountability, and a commitment to helping students and communities thrive through exceptional dining programs.
Feedback from the Partnership Health Scan also provides valuable direction for our teams. It helps us identify what is working well, where we can improve, and how we can continue to evolve our programs to meet the changing needs of our partners and guests.
