Chief Executive Officer
Nick Saccaro serves as CEO of Quest, guiding the organization’s strategy and mission to deliver high quality dining programs for schools and business communities. A proven innovator and leader in the food service industry, he serves on the Illinois Association of School Business Officials Advisory Committee and frequently speaks on evolving policy and best practices. Nick previously served as Vice President of Operations at Creative Dining Services, Vice President and General Manager at Revolution Foods, and as CEO for two Feeding America food bank networks. He graduated summa cum laude from Missouri Western State University and holds an MBA from Morehead State University.

Mike McTaggart

Owner, Executive Chairman
Mike McTaggart serves as Owner and Executive Chairman of Quest, guiding the long-term vision and strategic growth of the company. He began his food industry career at US Foods, gaining experience in purchasing and sales leadership before joining Quest, founded by his father, Dave. Mike learned the business from the ground up and remains committed to the founding mission of providing high quality food and deeply personal service. Under his leadership, Quest grew from $3 million to more than $150 million in annual revenue while building strong industry relationships rooted in trust, partnership, and an unwavering focus on client success and guest wellness and satisfaction.

Mike Novosel

Chief Financial Officer
Mike Novosel serves as Chief Financial Officer for Quest, providing strategic financial leadership that supports both short-term and long-term program growth. He oversees financial planning and analysis, budgeting, cost management, and resource allocation to ensure the overall financial health of each dining program. With a focus on transparency, partnership, and data-driven decision making, Mike helps clients optimize their investment while sustaining high quality food service operations. He brings prior experience as CFO for multi-site retail organizations and holds a degree from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the Northwestern Kellogg School of Business.

Josh Bain

Senior Vice President of Operations

Josh Bain serves as Senior Vice President of Operations for Quest, overseeing all aspects of program performance, including culinary excellence, service delivery, staffing, training, and financial management. With a decade of leadership supporting school and business partnerships across the country, he is known for motivating teams, developing fiscally sound strategies, and tailoring service to each partner’s needs. Josh has been recognized nationally for his innovative work in K-12 food service, including being named an Action for Healthy Kids School Hero in 2017 and a Food Service Director Magazine Rising Star in 2020.

Fenil Patel

Senior Vice President of Client Development
Fenil Patel serves as Senior Vice President of Client Development at Quest, where he leads efforts to strengthen partnerships and deliver customized solutions that reflect each client’s vision. With over 25 years of experience supporting educational institutions and public entities, he is a trusted advisor with a deep understanding of their unique needs. Fenil previously held a leadership role at PMA Financial Network, LLC, and his commitment to collaboration, innovation, and tailored support helps ensure every Quest partnership enhances the guest experience and drives long-term program success.

Angela Brumfield

Vice President of Human Resources
Angela Brumfield serves as Vice President of Human Resources for Quest, guiding people strategy across the full employee life cycle, including recruiting, training, and development to support high quality service at each location. She brings deep expertise in employee and labor relations, training, change management, and partnership with Operations. Prior to joining Quest, Angela served as Director of Human Resources for Elior North America, supporting Higher Education and K-12 programs across multiple states. She holds a Master’s Degree in HR Management from Clark Atlanta University and a BA in Business Communications from Western Illinois University.

Rebecca Spalding

Regional Vice President of Operations
Rebecca Spalding serves as Regional Vice President of Operations for Quest, leading teams to deliver exceptional experiences and build lasting client partnerships. With over 20 years in food and beverage leadership, she is recognized for fostering trusted relationships, inspiring high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence, all while advancing Quest’s commitment to quality, innovation, and service. Before joining Quest, Rebecca held leadership roles with several major league sports organizations and contributed to hallmark events including the World Series, All-Star Games, Super Bowls, and venue openings across the MLB, NFL, and NHL.

Rachel Brown

Regional Vice President of Operations
Rachel Brown serves as Regional Vice President of Operations for Quest, overseeing programs across Midwest region. With nearly 20 years of industry experience, including leadership roles with Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises and Aramark, she brings deep expertise in operations management, team leadership, and client partnership. Rachel has been instrumental in integrating Quest systems and elevating operational excellence across multiple sectors, delivering customized food service experiences that reflect each community’s needs. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Illinois.

Rebecca Cohen

Associate Vice President of Procurement
Rebecca Cohen, MPH, RDN, LDN serves as Associate Vice President of Procurement for Quest, leading efforts to source fresh, high quality, responsibly produced ingredients that support nutrition, variety, and value for our partners. A registered dietitian with 25 years of experience, she ensures access to seasonal products while prioritizing sustainability and cost efficiency. Prior to joining Quest, Rebecca worked with Aramark at NorthShore University Healthcare and in Senior Living with Unidine. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Illinois in Champaign and a Master of Public Health from Benedictine University.

Christina Malham

Associate Vice President of Marketing
Christina Malham serves as Associate Vice President of Marketing for Quest, shaping brand and growth strategy across all business sectors. With 20 years of experience in food service and hospitality, she specializes in digital marketing, brand development, and community engagement. Christina leads efforts to strengthen Quest’s market presence, elevate client storytelling, and drive participation through data-informed marketing strategies. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising from Michigan State University and is passionate about using compelling narratives to showcase the impact of exceptional dining programs.

Brian Ferdman

Associate Vice President of Strategic Growth & Development
Brian Ferdman serves as Associate Vice President of Strategic Growth & Development for Quest, focusing on digital transformation and fostering sustained growth aligned with business goals through partnership development and lead generation. Brian’s expertise covers over 20 years in the hospitality and entertainment industries, working with organizations such as CPK, Darden’s Olive Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse, MTV Networks, Universal Studios, Lions Gate Films, Paramount Pictures, and more. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in marketing from Southern Illinois University and is passionate about collaborating with K-12 schools, higher education institutions, corporate dining clients, and commercial real estate partners.

Nicholas Correa

Senior Director of Culinary Operations
Nick Correa serves as Senior Director of Culinary Operations for Quest, guiding the organization’s culinary vision across all business lines. With more than 20 years of food service leadership, he oversees culinary quality and consistency, HACCP-based food safety programs, ingredient sourcing, and standardized operating procedures. Nick also mentors culinary leaders, supports training and certification, and oversees allergen management to ensure excellence in food preparation and service. Nick is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University with degrees in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management.

Patrick Carnathan

Director of Information Technology
Patrick Carnathan serves as Director of Information Technology for Quest, implementing modern systems that streamline operations and enhance the dining experience. With over 30 years of IT experience guiding organizations through digital transformation, he oversees menu management, inventory tracking, point of sale, mobile ordering, and related platforms to ensure efficient workflows. Prior to Quest, Patrick worked with Carthage Veterinary Services and Professional Swine Management. He holds a BA in Organizational Change and an MBA from Concordia University Chicago and served six years in the United States Navy in the submarine service.
