Team Volunteering

Quest connects with team members and local communities by supporting multiple volunteer opportunities throughout the year. These events align with our Mission, Vision, and Values, and provide our employees a chance to give back by helping others in need.

Building Bikes for YMCA

Building Bikes for YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago

Quest team members worked together to assemble over 100 new bikes for YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago. The organization distributed the bikes to children of all ages throughout the program, many of whom this was their first bike.

The Quest Leadership Team continually gathers to sort and pack various books at Bernie’s Book Bank, a non-profit organization that distributes books to underpriveleged children to promote literacy and a love of reading.

During the holiday season, Quest team members at the Home Office came together to collect hundreds of toys which were later donated to Toys for Tots, a U.S. Marine Corps program dedicated to bringing holiday joy to many children in need.

Following recent Hurricanes Helen and Milton, Quest launched an online campaign that raised more than $5,000 for the American Red Cross’ Hurricane Relief Fund, offering critical assistance and support to communities in need of recovery.
